Hi, Rebecca! I am a friend of your aunt Billie. She & my sister "Moo" went to Milligan together. You may have met my sister at some point in time, as she used to come to Tennessee to see Billie, Greg & the boys. Anyway, Billie sent me your CD Telling Stories for Christmas and I absolutely love it!!!! You have an amazing voice. I especially love your voice on "Money", but my favorite song is Grandma's Song....we were down to see Billie and gang last Christmas and your brother Jason was there. He had actually come up here to West Virginia with Billie & Greg a couple of years ago. He & my older daughter, Bethany, were kinda chummy.
Keep up the wonderful music. I will be looking forward to your next CD.

Hello!
I had the good fortune of at least hearing the last tune in your set last night at the Neighborhood Theatre in Charlotte. (We were having pizza and beer across the street, and didn't realize what we were missing.) I'll always regret not catching every note, but have tried to atone for my sins by purchasing a CD...And I'll be damn sure to come early next time you're in town.
I've already listened to the disc twice.
Rebecca, you said to me as I took my leave, "I know you'll like the CD," and I had a quick thought: That's a bold statement. Confidence without conceit, though. It made an impression.
And so does your music.
I'd better close before I spend an hour trying to come up with superlatives. Suffice it to say that your songs are top-notch, your voice is lovely, and your band is as tight as it is talented. I love this CD and will recommend it to everyone I know.
Thanks for taking a minute to chat last night - I'm sure it's probably the last thing you want to do, you know, having some beer-smelling dude tell you how impressed he was...
Anyway, best of luck going forward. You've made an instant fan. I'll be looking for more and bigger things for you in the near future.

I've been listening to newest cd "telling stories" non-stop for the last few days. I've always thought you were a talented songwriter but now I'll have to qualify that. Songwriter EXTRA-ORDINAIRE!!! I have wept, laughed, been filled with joy. You music touches my soul. I'm so proud.
